  We're mostly sick in the head in Ghana and perhaps in Sub Sahara Africa. Why should local government institutions look the other way while land lords create and manage rental properties without indoor water and toilet facilities? Public toilet facilities, in any civilized nation, serves those who while out in public feel the need or urge to use a restroom; they must not be toilet facilities for tenants from every household in a community to use.
  
  We have officials and empty-handed rich folks in society who would rather drive godforsaken cars to their mansions on roads not fit for even jungle bunnies amidst community of misery and inadequate infrastructure in anything. Going to public toilet facilities as a normalized routine should be a national shame to us all.
