  I generally get the drift of your sentences but if you want to keep writing seriously in a language, you should also obey the rules that govern it. Try to avoid being verbose. If you use a simpler style it might help.

  There is no depth in the essay.Too lightweight I think written by an amateur who is just trying his hand on writing.

  Ghanaians are visibly yearning for a change to liberate themselves from the corrupt nation wreckers' party which has brought untold hardship on them.
  
  NPP party, on the other hand, has what it takes to save the nation from the sinking ship, and fully prepared to take over from the NDC con men democratically through free and fair elections.
  
  Their water gating tactics will not save them because Ghanaians have seen the light, and their attempt to divert attention of the electorate from the real issues confronting the nation will also backfire on them.

  We are a fledgling democracy; and since 1992 Ghanaians feel proud of our democratic dispensation, especially the freedoms we now enjoy.
  
  Each of the political parties are eager to be in power;
  all of them, however, fail miserably to push their policies, nor do they succeed in advertising the measurable processes the party intends to use to actualise the policies.
  We end up with being cynical, blaming the governmenti, and unnecessarily tribalistic.
