Mugu, in spite of your perceived few, factual inaccuracies the salient points the writer raised in the article are all true. I do not agree with this writer on some of his posts on Ghanaweb but I should confess that I am on the same wavelength with him on this particular issue. The fault lies in Nana Addo himself that the cohesion in the NPP party is fast loosening.
Nana Addo’s followers seem to harbour some phobia for Kuffuor and see anyone who doesn’t tow their line of thinking as a member of a so-called Kuffour faction and is out to sabotage Nana Addo. They are quick to pounce on anybody who ventures to voice out any dissenting views on party matters that are contrary to theirs, thereby deeply dividing the party along a pro-Nana and against-Nana lines. That is the cause of all the problems we are witnessing in the NPP today.

For once, I have to agree with most of the points expressed here by Dr Bokor. Given what is curently happening in the NPP and some of the problems the party leader, Nana Akufo-Addo is supposed to solve internally and manage the party's leadership unity, it is deeply unfair to fault ex-President Kufour in the current NPP crisis.

Look at what is happening in NPP now, has Nana Akufo-Addo done enough in uniting the 'Asante-Akyem' factions within the party?

There are some in Nana Akufo-Addo's camp who are hurting him. And of course, Nana Akufo-Addo has his own failures.

Indeed, Nana Addo is his own problem. He is not appealing for so many reasons. Let nobody deceive himself. Nana Addo is a character that should not be entertained under any circumstances. Shame onto those who always accuse Kufour for the failings of this arrogant and violent old man. Leave Kufour alone.

or something. This must be coming from a dubious schemer riding on bad faith, desperation and nervousness... just to achieve his dream of scuttling Akufo Ado chances. Tell Bokor that he does not impress anybody in his wild attempts to denigrate Danquah -Combo tradition. Bokor is on the path of jealousy , hatred and viciousness .. just unworthy to be called a Man .

Akufo Addo does not have what it takes to be a leader. He is truly the cause of all the problems in NPP. He doesn't know how to win power. More so the people around him are doing him more harm than good.

The sad thing about the Akufo Addo clan is that they admire their own ability to manipulate and decieve people do they need to intimidate anyone with capacity to expose falsehood. In addition they think you can take power this country by force even through the ballot box. Third he needed and used the irrational fanatics and reckless tribalists sections of the party to fight back NDC attacks to his character in 2008, and having succeeded in giving him some briefing space they have tied their own electorate fate and patronage rights to him and his family. He is their hostage whilst they are his pawns. Unfortunate neither he himself nor his most loyal cronies have what it takes to govern for 24hrs. Imagine Freddie Blay, Kennedy Agyapong, Bugri Naabu, Sir John, Ntiwul etc assuming responsibility to think and act or proffer advice to a President in any capacity. As for Ghana we are in trouble. Floating between Alibaba and Lucifer himself
