OKATAKYIE SARPONG, this article sounds a bit tough and ruthless. Of course, on the face of it, the NPP must clamp down on open revolt against the party's decision on Paul Afoko. So far, the party leadership have resisted calls to reinstate Paul Afoko. The NPP Executives must move on from Afoko's suspension row or that could derail the party's 2016 campaign.
Mr Crabbe and Mr Kwabena Ayepong's refusal to recognise to Freddie Blay as acting Chairman will surely plunge the NPP into chaos.

Okatakyie Lonto, there is too much indiscipline in NPP. As I wrote in the article, NDC too had suspended some officials and we did not see other NDC party leaders going from radio stations supporting the suspended official because there is discipline in NDC and they understand the consequences of disobeying party decisions.
We have too many opinionated individuals and "AKRAKYESEM" people in NPP who believe they know better than others even when the tide is against them.
We cannot have a party when every individual has their own rules they want to follow even when majority decision has been taken.
I still believe there are some people in NPP who should leave the Party due to their insolence . We should not be afraid to lose these moles in the party.

Our old time friend, Sammy Crabbe has taken a faux pas. Some of the admirers of Sammy are surprised with this outburst in support of Afoko. I only wish to advise him that he should know that disciplinary issues should always take precedence over matters of expedience. So can't Sammy see how a simple disciplinary sanction is cooling tempers and tensions now. And the crazy manner when discussions on party strategies get to certain quarters as and when the meeting was even going on live has become a thing of the past. An errant executive needs no sympathy and place in a party like NPP. Sammy come back with better comment on the disciplinary actions the party is taken. We thank God that the problems in the party were seen early enough for a solution to be found.

Being blind or deaf is an ailment that befall dignified humans; killing people and or rendering people comatose for love of tribal politics is a gutter level existence that calls for you Justice Sarpong and all who resort to violence, instigate or incite acts of violence by others to go directly to hell along with the horses you rode in on. I know it is kokoase logic for all you saboteurs and unprincipled creatures of the NPP/UGCC/UP/matemeho kind to see your criminal acts in line with freedom fighters when the end product of your presumed achievement is what we endure in Ghana today. In the end most of you who justify the ills of your past, present and of your party founding fathers do hide in places known and unknown outside Ghana and lob your attacks from safe distance. I hope that even in your demented logic you Justice Sarpong do not think it is standard human norms to cut short the lives of people for political party expediency. So while the NDC is a party full of cowards and mostly undereducated folks incapable of managing a candy store the NPP is a party of and by the unprincipled, ungodly, hypocritical tyrants with no shame or remorse. Why should anyone in Ghana have reasons to complain when we live in freedom and multi-party political system promised.

Yes, I support the NPP Flag bearer because the majority of the delegates, 94% voted for him. If it would have been Alan K, Addae Nimo or any of the five others who contested had been chosen, I would have supported that person.
I know your next argument will be that Afoko too was chosen by delegates, TRUE, but the fact is that even if you are elected by the whole country, there is a process that can be used to remove you if you contravene the rules. If Akuffo Addo is forced to vacate his position as a flag bearer for contravening the rules, I will support the leadership for doing that.
You have to realize even the President of Ghana can be removed through the process of impeachment. The fact that you have been voted for does not mean you are guaranteed for that number of years.
Some of you are just plain illogical and stuck in one gear called reversed.
What is your definition of maturity? Maturity is when you can suppress your own belief and choices and go with the majority decision even when you personally do not agree with it. Being "patapaa" or intransigent because you want to have your own way is how morons and mental midgets behave and that is what you believe in. I am not ready to go on that route with you at the wheels so you can drive your "patapaa" car solo or you can pick up another retard on the way to be your sidekick, have a good day.
You are the first Katakyie I have seen with USA as part of your name. I will let your village friends know you'be arrived, Johnny comes lately.

OKATAKYIE DOKU, whatever the rights and wrongs of Paul Afoko's suspension, and by all accounts, the message of fellow OKATAKYIE SARPONG's piece, the decision of the NEC on behalf of the party must be respected. Of course, you're not going to get all party supporters and the general public agreeing with that decision. The party has its democratic and organisational structure and I think Paul Afoko has every right to seek redress internally. Personally, I'm concerned with Afoko's suspension because of how this could play on some 'uneducated minds' in both NPP and NDC in relation to 'tribal politics'. As you know, election is all about numbers.
You may not be pleased with OKATAKYIE SARPONG's piece, but clearly, his loyalty to the party must not be misconstrued as sycophancy. Kwabena Agyepong and Sammy Crabbe may choose to stand by their close friend, Paul Afoko but as senior figures at the party's HQ, they must respect the party's decision or clearly should consider their positions otherwise their personal and working relationship with Freddie Blay and others, no doubt, would be non-existent. Obviously, this is not the kind of situation an opposition party wants to find itself in.

Nobody is indispensable. Jesus said in the bible,if your two eyes will take you to hell pluck out one and go to heaven. With Afoko and Co, it was obvious the party was headed to a defeat. Thank God wiser heads prevailed and he was booted out. We will never allow him back again. As the Akan proverb says " If the dog does not intend to bite you, it won't show you its teeth. Enough of Afoko, lets move on.

Now tell those of us (those you brand as supporters of NDC because we don't agree with you) what Afoko's charges are that merited his suspension. You claimed it started when the Upper Regional Chairman was murdered but if I remember correctly Paul was accused of dealing in drugs long vefore the Adams' death.
Even if Paul was privy to the murder of Adams shouldn't he charged with itby the courts?
