  And that is why we have corrupt leaders. During elections they invest their money when they win recoup the money through bribery, use of the common fund etc, when they lose , well, just like in business you reap profits or lose!
  Elections in Ghana and perhaps elsewhere offer BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. from another front, it is during these times money is really distributed either as cash or in the form of goods-sugar, rice e.t.c. So why don't we have elections every 6 months!
