  KT Hammond answered the question in one of his media briefings. Esther Cobbah refused her offer calling it peanuts, while the others did not deserve any payment because according to the ministry, "they were part of the group that ran GNPC aground,"
  
  This purported payment is part of the NDC thievery - create, loot and share. The President probably knows about it and he is not going to do anything about it!
