  Surely, it is time for Nana Akufo-Addo to examine himself, his lack of effective leadership of the party, the conduct, behaviour and attitudes of some of the people he has surrounded himself( his inner circle ) in his 'fault-finding' mission.
  
  Even though, if a main opposition party fails to put its house in order, it is possible the party in power will cynically try to exploit or take full advantage of the opposition's disunity, indiscipline and lack of effective leadership.
  
  The NDC didn't create the schism in NPP. The NDC didn't elect the egotistical, self-serving and hot-headed executives at the NPP HQ. And neither is the NDC in charge of the NPP Disciplinary machinery. If the NPP seems totally incapable of behaving in the manner expected of a mature and supposed intellectual's party, it is plain unreasonable to accuse 'external forces' as behind the party's infighting, plotting and attacking each other publicly over the party's leadership and control of the party's direction.
