  I agree with your views . I wrote an article in support of the sack. Your piece deals with the lack of planning before implementing the policy. You've digested all things which should been done before.
  I must be quick to add that, the policy is good if it's to strengthen standards. As you know students wanting smoother things and not wanting hardwork. If standards are not set I bet you bro, many of our trainees will go sleep there .This policy is to make them awake and stick with their books.It's to frighten them to learn harder.

  Have you taken into account the side effects of the policy before implementing it? The institute of Edu.have been unfair to these our teachers to be.let's just imagine the trauma and agony they have placed the students?. Am humbly appealing to the institute of education to revisit their decision.Being refered may not always be attributed to the students inability to study.
