Changes are fine if they're in a peaceful atmosphere. What's urgent now is to take steps to continue to secure the relative peace into, and beyond, the next elections. Those parties fearing losing, and therefore advocating violence, maybe to intimidate the electorate, should rather endeavour to campaign hard, targetting all segments of the electorate with friendly but realistic slogans, and insist on practical steps to be implemented by the electoral commission to ensure credible voting and counting; party reps at all polling stations with definite powers should be welcome. The bankrupt Danquah tradition of wanting secession of part of the country for the sake of ruling by any means must be abandoned. Secession benefits no one; Biafra and others show this. Trading and developing business in one peaceful country is much more perspective.

Kwarteng is however, as usual of the opinion, posting dictionary selected "big words" will carry much weight and also let readers take him serious.

Any serious reader will bear with me that Francis Kwarteng makes no sense because his stuff a "cut and pastes" type that is parallel with reality.
Like I have said both Francis Kwarteng (a half Asante, half Fante), Prof. Lungu (Asante with using the nick name Prof. Lungu, even though not a professor) as well as the Ewe Dr. J.K. Bokor all in the USA are on the NDC pay roll to (always) write all sorts of nonsense in favour of the NDC and (only) against the NPP to almost all the media houses in Ghana.

ADJOA WANGARA, you cannot just be against anything and everything Kwarteng writes in this blanket manner. You've said the same things about his writings over and over again and I wonder how even you don't get fed up with your own self.

The present article can be criticized on a few specific points but that is not what you are doing. This article makes a specific point which you have not addressed at all. Instead, you go on to talk of other non-essential things - the same things you say about every article Kwarteng writes. Don't you ever get fed up?

I am a critic of Kwarteng too but not at all in your mold. I find nothing wrong with this article, except that I don't see the difference between this and the one posted three days ago. Maybe he could have tuned the article a bit to the level of the average ghanaweb reader but that is no reason to hang him. No!
