With all the items you listed in your discussion under article 45 as the functions outlined for the EC, I did not see the word "credible" register.

If I may believe that what you wrote is all there is in the Constitution on the ECs functions, then I am afraid the constitution is silent on "credible"

As such I may have to side with the EC's Panel that it is the responsibility of the citizens to ensure a "Credible" voter list.

Remember the citizens are not robots. We are thinking and conscious human beings. I also think the constitution was made for the Citizens but not the citizens for the constitution. And so if the constitution is silent on an issue, right thinking citizens must take the responsibility up.

We should not go to war or prescribe violence when a constitution is silent on a matter.

Please Bosiako of London, spare citizens in Ghana the violence you have "learnt" in London!

It is not the responsibility of citizens to ensure a credible voter register but is the responsibility of a handful of citizens to violently demand a new voter register not from the citizens but from the EC? The panel sitting is not democratic, the just sat in Accra. Kumasi, cape coast, Ho, Tdi, tamale, Sunyani, koforidua etc were left out. Is this democracy? Ghanaians should not accept this report.
