  Huge congratulations to Mr Alfred Donkor, on his appointment as the DCE of Kpandai by President John Mahama. I believe Mr Alfred Donkor will do a brilliant job as the DCE of Kpandai. He's well-educated and motivated young man. He's very dynamic and engaging too. With the support of the people in that district, I believe he'll bring the much needed development to the area.
