Dear President Barack Obama,
OPPOSITION TO THE RECKLESS TRANSFER OF AL-QAEDA OPERATIVES INTO GHANA
The Ghanaian taxpayer is worried at the decision to transfer these Al-Qaeda operatives (Ahmud Umar Muhammad Bin Atef and Khalid Muhammad Salih) into Ghana.
Mr President, if the United States' level of intelligence in dealing with terrorism and crime, its level of technological sophistication can not accommodate these 'dangerous' human beings, how much more Ghana.
Please Mr President,listen to the Ghanaian people and not our President who lacks any knowledge on security, good governance, lacks credibility as well and is only good at propagating corruption in our country.
When we have problems in our various countries, we turn to the United States for solutions and support, this decision to say the least is backward.
Our security situation going into 2016 general elections is fragile and we would not like to exacerbate our already polarized country.
We of the Taxpayers' Alliance Ghana shall be grateful if this unpopular decision is reversed with immediate effect.
