Second she did tell why the NPP accusation is unconvincing. The point is the burden of convincing is not on the NPP but rather on the EC. Some smart kids, students or IT professionals can compare the 2 sets of data and determine if the addition of ALL (highly unlikely) the 13-17 year olds in the 2010 census can push the number of LEGALLY REGISTERED Voters to exceed 14 million or 56% of the population. NOTE that there will be deaths at the higher age brackets, further reducing the number of legally registered voters.
