  The President's action, ike many of his other "directives" and "instructions" are impulsive and not well thought out. What happens when I run a Nima convoy of motorbikes which flouts all traffic rules off the road. Do I get a reward. In any properly governed country the President will not immediately jump into the public conversation on this but wait till the dust had settled and invite the cab driver for lunch and give him a national reward and a small cash sum. But a house from the public purse? No!!
