  That is a nice and great work done with retrospect to 2015. But talking about conditions of services of Teachers. there is still a lot to be done by GES, since newly posted teachers always have to struggle for a year before they may get upgraded and are only paid for three months.Even before you can be upgraded one has to pay some Money's to IPP officers before one's documents are worked on.
  Also GES had neglected this poor workers of theirs by not also doing anything to help them get their Salaries as health institution did for their newly posted nurses in 2015. For GES to worsen situations for US they will force us to accept postings at far off distance knowing well that we can not afford means of traveling to this places.
  Moreover you(GES) to further add salt to injury you are planning of asking us to get certified forgetting that we go through training .Thanks a lot but work in these areas .

  If only 200 trs. were identified as illegally using faked certs, then your achievement is nothing to write home about. Your outfit should go back to the field and do proper work else hmmmmmm .

  I think the writer is somehow hiding so many things from the public. First is the embargo on teacher recruitment for all those who completed UCC, UEW, private colleges of education, as well as those who left the profession and are seeking re-engagement. When is the ban that was imposed in August 2013 going to be lifted?
  
  Second, why has it taken so long a time for the GES to repay all the arrears to some teachers who were only given 3 months pay?
