  Well, all good but I think u're not fair to Sr Patricia at all. U're inviting too much vilification on the Reverend Sister which she doesn't deserve. I found so much that is pleasing in her. Strictness is desired of all school heads and Sr Patricia combined that with goodheartedness. You may have so much beef about how she conducted her affairs but don't make it look like it is a general opinion held by the majority. I wish her the best in her new assignment.

  I liked the way the writer identified most of the problem areas - the Principal, some parents and teachers whose roles may have hurt the school. Obviously the Principal came in for much of the criticism but that is to be expected for one who was in the driver's seat.
  
  As the author correctly concludes, this is an opportunity for renewal. I add that it is an opportunity for progress too.
