  The author shows that he is a very wide-read person. The length and breadth of his contribution can be characterized as enviable. Today's job markets lace specific demands on the skills set and body of knowledge and capabilities that job seekers must bring, in order to be successful. Where is prrof of the fact that the author is conscious of those demands? Education is changing and changing fast. Let us be careful we do not carve square pegs to fit into round holes.

  No need to post the entire thing including all his credentials and tables that don't come out well on ghanaweb.
  
  Then Kwesi could have provided his email address for readers who want the entire stuff so he can post it to them. As it is, many people, who would otherwise have wanted to read the piece, will just click on to other things when they start seeing all those carry-ons to the article.
