  Observers of the CPP must recall why and how Prof. Delle left the CPP leadership and the circumstances surrounding his sneaky return to the leadership hierarchy of the party.
  
  I cautioned Samia about Prof. Delle's return to the CPP recently on the Facebook. She did not pay attention. Eventually Delle describes Samia as disappointing while he occupies the chairmanship position of the party.
  
  Dr. Delle lacks credibility; worse than Nduom.
