It is a well known fact that being in the company of those in the know rubs off you eventually. The reverse is also true. A president who associates with the likes of this poor woman will himself start thinking and acting like her in due course. The unintended consequence is that it encourages stupidity to flourish amongst the population thereby promoting a relaxed attitude to education in an already oversized illiterate population.
