  Wow! I am amazed and dumbfounded by this story. I am also disappointed by our so-called leaders. Free Compulsory Basic Education(FCUBE) has been on paper for well over 25 years and no government has been able to implement it.
  This boy and all other children of that age in Ghana should have been in school and not on the streets or markets selling plastic bags.
