ZOOMLION must be on the bait, it must assign it employees to all the areas under its control, police lorry stations and see to it that no one drops litter, clean the gutters everyday, police the same, be empowered to arrest and prosecute those who throw litter around. The police and security services must also help to arrest people who litter the environment as it is a case in developed countries.

How can Zoomlion "police lorry stations, and ..."? We live in a nation governed by rule of law. Policing is the sole prerogative of government. Can we tolerate private police forces? Government must be the regulatory body that provides both fair-play grounds and also sees to enforcement of regulation. Private companies must compete with one another to provide value for taxpayers money. Pure and simple!
