  That was not a waste of time of the sc.If the sc determines a local contract as a foreign,then it opens the grounds for challenge.
  
  Tne international court of arbitration will determine that if it is a foreign contract,then the decision of the sc was wrong since that was the only reason given by the sc to declare null and void the contract because it did not go through parliamentary oversight.
  
  Otherwise there was no determination by the sc that the contract was fraud and they should have had the courage to accept that they were wrong.
