  Michael J.A. Bokor it is a fact that there are two forms of socioeconomic systems still existing in the world. They are the capitalist system in which everyone is for himself and God is for all. The socialist system in which each and everyone is his brother's keeper, where it is a must for the state to find work for people or place them in employment as soon as they completed their education. The state still create jobs and employment in Cuba, Viet Nam, North Korea and China.
  It is also a fact that today the energy sector in France and South Korea are in the hand of the state, which invest there and employ both managers and other staff. There are also some states in the U.S. where the state is the owner and manager of both electricity and water. The management of the water system which is free to the citizen in Scandinavian countries including Ireland are owned and operated by the state. It is never a fact that the state does not create employment because since the state runs both the civil and public sector she creates jobs every hour.
  The state employ people in the security service, which are made up of people from all aspects of human endeavour. Whiles there is a national health service like Britain, Scandinavian and socialist countries the state trains and employ health officials.
  Michael Bokor by you spewing that the state does not create employment it is like you saying that because some people had accident and as a result some of their fingers are cut off so to you all persons have amputated fingers.
  When it comes to telecommunication and communication the state in the capitalist countries still own radio station, when the matter is about international broadcasting. The railway system, water and agriculture systems in China and India are wholly owned by the state or partly, especially when the matter is about he selling of farm produce. Imagine if the state in the two most populated countries in the world China and India does not think of food security of their citizens with massive state involvement the problem it would have created for the two countries and the world.
  Since you live in the United States let me remind you that when there was recession their in the 1930 the state created jobs in the U.S. Remember also that when a state has shares in a company it is directly creation jobs.
  It is also a fact that state ownership of the major means of production and distribution was partly done away with in Japan only in the early 1990s when Ghana has by then eliminated state ownership of the major means of production and distribution.
  Your thoughts on this subject is like that of a student and not a graduate. You let me have woe from wits.
