  The document this author claims is fake was signed by all members of the panel, but, the copy produced by Felix Kwakye on news file wasn't. I'm afraid I can't give the govt the benefit of the doubt in this saga.

  The original document and all processes leading to the award are on the nca website. Ofosu Kwakye's document even though not signed is the same as the one on nca website. Imani goofed big time. Anybody can forge a signature. ...

Anybody can forge a signature. I hope we remember how the signature of Kwabena Agyepong was forged on npp letter head about a supposed resignation. What imani shd have done was to double check with NCA and not trust ppl. Kweku Baako is gud at double checking. Imani can tap Mr baako's expertise to avoid future embarrassment
