  Ghanaian intellectuals are lazy thinkers else they will quickly realize that the two terrorists who chose to finish their sentence in ghagavdud Ghana a big favor. Ghana had no terrorist surveillance intelligence or technology so their presence will ensure USA substitute for us and keep us on their radar.
  
  Also the terrorist are spread across the world today and USA is using these rehabilitation program to bait them. So if some are in Ghana alrwady and hiding within Ghana already, per chance they coul contact these two and USA will nab them. It had happened in several places.
  
  There is also aid money for Ghana to boot. So I don't see why fools who pen anything without thinking keep making noises. You ahoofe don't pay any taxes here in Ghana so that terrorist who will yearn a tax payer like me some grant money from USA is far more important than you.

Remember the bible says "out of ignorance my people perish". Even the USA with all their sophisticated devices could not prevent 911 attack how can Ghana security take care of these blood-tasty terrorists?
