  Mr PhD,you could have sent your message to the mayor of Accra.As an elected president he is not responsible for passing all the laws in Ghana.I believe there is an MP in your vicinity who is responsible with developments,there is a chain of command and you must learn to respect that Mr PhD.

  But i feel considering ghana's major problems if ure writing on the president's fb wall, issues of corruption in our institutions esp in politics and at Tema harbour,healthcare,public infrastructure in general, armed robbery etc should have attracted ur attention as well
