He was not an effective leader, I think. He allowed a lot if important institutions in Kuapem to rot. Teeth Quarshie hospital is in ruins because he failed to articulate this urgency at Odwira festivals attended by Presidents ...

He was not an effective leader, I think. He allowed a lot if important institutions in Kuapem to rot. Teeth Quarshie hospital is in ruins because he failed to articulate this urgency at Odwira festivals attended by Presidents. Asikuma -Lartey road deteriorated. Nsawam -Aburi road is in tatters. Aburi Gardens have been raped amongst others. Okuapehene was no good leader. I fail to appreciate the writer.. he acted like mumu in front of Presidents.

My overall judgement has been given on late Omanhene. That does not make me an idiot. I go with Otabil. I strive for excellence not mediocrity.
