  Apart from what is mandated by law on the part of the EC any innovation must be discussed by all stakeholder before implementation,the election petition reviled a lot of weaknesses of the EC when they could not explain we or back some of their claims with facts,example was the number of diplomatic missions registers abroad,Afari Gyan,s difinition of over voting and many more derailed the confidence the EC enjoyed with Ghanaian in the past.The manner in which this woman seeds her powers to person outside his office and not doing proper background checks on them is very dangerous now that they re in the process of rebuilding the image of the EC,she was appointed based on her rich credentials,IPAC is there to guide her,if she want a steering committee nothing stop her from asking all parties to present its best foot in that regards.A lot of people advisesed the EC boss to start on a clean slate if she want to succeed but she ignored everybody and want to build on the mess of her predecessor Afari Gyan,so we all live to see.
