  The GRA-Customs is a HUGE mafia. See they assume an angelic demeanour but are the serious LEAKAGE of the revenue they are suppose to mobilise. By the way now the immigration is getting armed let us consider eleminating the preventive unit of customs. Affected persons could be drafted into the police service if they are found to be qualified.
