Now, fellow Ghanaians, this is indeed an extremely serious matter. We are being sold down the river yet again, figuratively speaking, by some fellow Ghanaians who have received and continue to receive money from the White Men to deceive the public, the Government and Parliament! The evidence is there for all who care to check for it. After all, some of it is public knowledge.
We who support the PSA and are irrevocably opposed to the money losing Concession or new-fangled Hybrid System have publicly challenged them with cogent calculations and dared them to prove us wrong but none of them have dared to take up the challenge yet!
Wishy-washy conjectures, based on a logic of counting your chicks before they are hatched using tax rates/figures not even yet supported by legislation, they have put together to be deceiving the govt and Parliament with are totally unsupportable and unrealisable, even if as good as the PSA, which it is not! When we can't even audit our own govt depts and make sure they do the right things, how come we are capable of auditing and getting these slimy transnational corporations to pay us the correct taxes??? Any wonder no audit has taken place on them since Jubilee Fields started operating?
Another field day for corruption, with our auditors leading the pack of corrupt public officials! Those of us privy to what's already happening know that it is bad enough! Just ask those who had the opportunity to audit the state hotels, for instance!
Please Mr Speaker, stop this madness if President Mahama who has surrounded himself with incompetent nitwits, idiots and morons and dishonest characters is unwilling to do so!

We will say that Ghanaians deserve the best in governance and accountability.
This whole thing is worth all of our time and effort!
ITEM: In development planning, management, and resource allocation, etc., the concept of a "Hybrid" requires that the proponent present actual alternative "physical plans", Side-by-Side, with the "Hybrid" plan they've selected as "Preferred".
The proponent must prove in data and numbers that the "Preferred" (i,e, "Hybrid), is a better "mouse trap".
In more than 5 years, the Ghana Petroleum Commission has NEVER presented any "alternative" physical plans", or data that prove their fantasy with the so-called "Ghana Hybrid System".
BUT, THAT IS THE BURDEN OF THE GOVERNMENT and MR. BUAH!
THEREFORE, it is the government and the Petroleum Commission that are wasting the People's time - they've never presented actual physical plans/NUMBERS, showing "PSA, vs. Hybrid, vs Concessions.
Ghanaians deserve to know the whole truth, and to have all the benefits, as owners of the resource (OIL).
