  Massa Bernard, thank you for your thoughtful article. President Mahama is a joker and incompetent. He showed his true colors and feelings about his leadership to the whole world when he said he is like a dead goat. His government is full of reckless management. The shoddy brochures for Ghana's 59th Independence celebration is an example of Mahama's I-don't-care and bad leadership. He doesn't even have one competent person or a proofreader to go over a simple brochure for an important national event such as political independence...what a shame!
