State owned schools and hospitals are on top of the world education and health index. When the matter is with technology Russian and Chinese state owned technological companies are performing better than their U.S. private counterparts. The Chinese and Russian industries do not use force to force their competitors out of production, thus they do not usurp power in other countries without responsibility. It is a fact that Zimbabwe is on top of literacy in Africa. Dr. Baidoo stop dangling your poverty of economics here. The other time I was comparing living conditions in Japan and North Korea and to my surprise housing conditions in the latter are better than the former.
