  The person who stated that Uhuru Kenyatta is the president of Ghana in Enhlish language will do the same in Ga or Twi or Fante or Ewe, just name. The same person who stated that Ghana is on the equator and that Ghana is the center of the globe in English language will do the same in any other language.
  
  In other words, logical errors as compared with grammatical errors are language-independent. Logical errors show that the user is lacking basic knowledge.
  
  Meanwhile, how would the international guests understand any local language?
  
  Of course we would have to translate whatever we have written in any local language into English, French, German, Arabic ... for them. Because those were logical errors, for instance "Uhuru Kenyatta is the President of Ghana" will be the same in French, Arabic, German and in any other language.

  Suppose the person wrote that in my own mother tongue Twi, and we translated that statement into German or Arabic, the meaning won't change so that in German it would appear like 'Uhuru Kenyatta ist der Präsident von Ghana'
  
  In short, there is nothing brilliant in what the wrote. Nothing.
  
  We simply need competent people who have command over the English language to compile, edit and review state publications.
