  I personally think Mr Okoampa has floored himself on this issue. Fancy this is a literature piece and the characters are to be identified, who or what are you going to identify?

  So can Mr Okoampa tell the world where Kennedy Agyapong was mentioned in the post or is it the old maxim 'who the cap fit let him wear it'. Or old folks get uneasy when dry bones are mentioned.
  Let's also consider the setting in the post.
  Central Region. This is too broad for any individual to claim ownership. Even if he had mentioned closer to any MP's jurisdictions he can never be taken on.
  We know what would have happened if he had made any by pinpointing.
  So honourable Okoampa I put it to you that you are out of order.

  I doubt whether this professor has any sense of critical thinking.Even an illiterate would tell you that a suit can not succeed with this vague generality where no one had been mentioned and no location specifics.

  The suit that would rather succeed is one against Agyapong for stupidly assuming the innuendo to be aimed at him and going to verbally tackle and assault the gentleman by his action.
  
  You normally see things the wrong way so I will only say your advice is an ill one.It be vexatious and frivolous to say the least and will be dismissed with heavy cost.

  The maxim 'it takes one to know one' that the Professor referred to is one of those overused and exaggerated maxims that contrast reality. I wonder why the Professor even conceded how trite that maxim is by describing it as: "... that tired old maxim...” and still chose to infer any veracity from it to buttress his argument against Mr. Ato-Dadzie.
  
  One, for example, doesn't have to be a thief to know someone else is. One does not have to be a murderer to know another person is. And one does not have to be a drug abuser or dealer to know someone else is.
  
  In spite of his flowery opening tribute to Mr. Ato-Dadzie's journalistic prowess, it is quite obvious that the die-hard Akufo-Addo's surrogate and 'Goebbelsian' Scholar, Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., simply intended to attack Mr. Ato-Dadzie to avenge Mr. Kennedy Agyapong. That should be clear to the Public. I, however, believe Kennedy Agyapong is capable of fighting his own battles and would be up to the task of legally protesting any defamation the Professor thinks Mr. Ato-Dadzie might have affected Mr. Agyapong with. The Professor is, thus, fanning the embers into a massive conflagration. He seems to revel in chaos more than espouse Peace in our Society.
