  The problem is our definition of work. Right now, herd mentality reigns supreme. We abandon our children at home to teach others at "work", or we abandon our ailing parents at home to nurse others at "work". Unfortunately, sometimes bonds are broken that cannot be restored. All we have to do is attach optimum monetary value to anything that nurtures life. We must value all lives equally. Oops! we have to define life.
