  I don't understand, may be somebody need to explain to me about the land systems in Ghana. Is it not the traditional leaders who issue lands in Ghana for farming or any activities. Why blame the Government when a Chinese start Galamsey in Ashanti, Western or Eastern regions when the chiefs are right at heir corner. For instance, I as a Ghanaian cannot just go and start farming anywhere in the country without consulting not the government but a traditional leader. Please think again.

  The govt's authority over de land is higher than that of de traditional authorities. The govt can make interventions if it thinks de land is not being properly utilized.

  Our politics has gone to the gutter level and our intellect and intellectual capacity diminished to the elementary level there has been no time to be reasonable and or wise. There is not a single government inaction, ill-advised action and corresponding result that has taken place under this Mahama administration that did not take roots in the J.J. Rawlings and the Kufour administrations; I dare anyone, Kobina Ayiah, to prove me wrong.
  
  Dumsor did not start with Mahama. The influx of low tier Chinese into Ghana with their galamsey operations did not start with the Mahama administration. Mismanagement, stealing and nepotism did not start with Mahama they exaggerated it. The facts is that we had the Woyome saga precisely because even as the Ministry of Youth and Sports was engaged in a public bid process to renovate some stadiums in Ghana, ex-President Kufour and his henchmen were busy farming the process off to a Chinese company without a price quotation or participation in the ongoing public bid process.
  
  There is enough foolishness in Ghana for every family to share; after all we have rotten people in parliament and in executive posts because we voted those unwise men and women into office.
