Wow, Mustapha, that made me shed a tear. Now I want to say to those ill-motivated selfish money worshippers, "this article speaks the reason why I am loyally affectionate to this wise man , Nana Akufo-Addo. He will lead Ghanaians to fair grounds and let them take over his legacy in a principed manner." I speak for myself and if there is anything I must add, I'd say that I am infinitely blessed being under his umbrella.

Most People from my area (Gam3i) are very comfortable with poverty and deprivation; hence, their support for COUP D' ETAT NDC. Growing up you commonly hear (ohiafo bi dzi mi) meaning, I'm a poor man's child. As if that is a good thing. Most people in Ghana are like them, hence their rejection of anything good. Let's help these people to overcome this limitation. COUP D' ETAT NDC has thrived on this weakness for far too long. THEY ARE THE PARTY THAT KEEP PEOPLE POOR.

To only think you can do something for your folks when you are in authority smacks of crass incompetence. Going down memory lane on Nana Addo in power and as opposition leader

1. Nana Addo as the de-facto Vice President to Kuffour, sheepishly sat down for the Main Accra – Kumasi highway to be diverted from Abuakwa State leaving the town at its current state of mess. Abuakwa is a royal town and remains a royal town. Anyone who has passed there in recent time know it is a pale of shadow its past because it has been cut off from the main Accra - Kumasi highways.
All the towns along the main highways are developing at a much faster rate.
Akyem Abuakwa town roads were very bad and with Nana Addo’s position then he could have lobbied for a state of art design to pass through the town. As a leader then with all the powers he wielded instead of lobbying the government he was out there challenging the authority of the president KUFFOUR.
Atta Mills even whilst in opposition lobbied Kuffour government for the rehab of kotokuraba Market, Robert Mensah stadium and many other projects. It was for that reason Kuffour confer on him an honorary award. Even in opposition he was still working for the betterment of his people. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

2. We all know AL haji Aliu Mahama was the Donkey NPP rode on to castle, he couldn’t kill a fart. Nana Addo was actually the de-facto vice President and knew the water problems facing his region long enough before NPP came to power, and could not lobby the Government he was a part for 8 years to solve the water issue. It took 2 years of a certain Pepeni (tani) to come fix that problem. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

3. Honorable Atta Akyea poured out his frustration on Mahama Administration for not siting the only proposed University in the ER at Akyem Abuakwa but to Somanya and to the Krobo land. Building a University in the ER was an NDC campaign promise. Nana Addo and his litigant chief sat there sheepishly thinking because they are royals, Mahama the slave will come begging oh please I want to site the university here oh please, please give me a land. They felt too big to go discuss issues with Mahama they were busy challenging his authority and organizing ABGENAA DEMO. When the Chiefs of the Krobos Land were busy lobbying for massive infrastructure development Nana Addo was in court challenging Mahama for rigging election. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

4. Long, long time ago before NPP came to power Galamsey activities had begun at ER and destroying water bodies. Oh my beloved, great River Birrim Abena. It was beautiful we use to go fishing Birrim Abena at Bunso. Nana Addo saw this menace and did nothing to stop it until it got destroyed. Now ER had gradually overtaken WR as the headquarters of galamsey activities. His litigant chief sat there sheepishly watching. But folks if it were “kume Preko, wie me preko, shie me Preko, sie me Preko” yes you are assured of Nana’s acumen. Patapaa ahaaaa. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

5. Every region boost of traditional forest reserve. Atiwa forest in the pride of the people of Eastern Region. This reserve is now so depleted. Every leader, whether Majority or Minority lobby for projects dear to their heart to area they come from or their Region of Origin. The Ashanti’s will say “Kuntun whan a n’akyi n’are ko” literary means when the trap snaps it goes back home. Nana Addo has holed himself at his Nima Ghetto and only interested in illegal demonstration and attending funerals where accolades will be showered on him “sa Mmerane”. Look at the wonderful things Dr. Akwasi Ndoum also a former Presidential aspirant is doing at Elmina. The Elmina Sharks, coconut groves etc. What can we say about Nana Addo? Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

6. There is no gainsaying that Akyem Abuakwa a royal town where Nana Addo was MP for 12 years. It used to be one of the big towns along the Accra – Kumasi stretch but now what do we see an ordinary Village. Look at the lorry station is never worth that village. I find it difficult to understand why Nana Addo cannot team up with the Chief litigant as the great Otomfour Nana Osei Tutu is doing in Kumasi. No wonder he is called King Solomon. He is using Mahama to develop his town.

Oh Lest I forget just yesterday the Easter Monday around the Golden tulip area I saw a sea of people. I thought it was some wild demonstration. Then I asked my beautiful Wife what’s happening here? She said it was the holyday makers visiting Rattan Park commissioned by Mahama. I signed how ungrateful these people are. What has Nana Addo done to think he is competent? He couldn’t even dig a borehole for his town folks in a period of challenging water crisis. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

7. Nana Addo as leader of NPP would go down as one of the worst leaders in their chequered history. With his divisive tendencies he has managed to send his regional party chairman to the slaughter house. Followed by a Polling Station agent also in Kumasi to the slaughter house. Nana Addo operates well in a divided house. He is always quick to abandon his campaign to attend the funeral. Donations has always been one way cola, or assorted drinks and a cash not exceeding 1,000 GHC. A promise to look after the children of the deceased until they complete the University. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

8. Never was there in a history of the NPP party that a party chairman would be sacked thought a coup d’état. . Nana Addo during his tenure as head of NPP ensured the exact opposite. Paul Afoko was kicked out because Nana did not trust him. He was first and foremost a Frafra Man (Atia) from Bongo. Second a friend to his political nemesis Kuffour so he must go. Sometimes he thinks people are not smart. The plan to oust hatch. He will quickly take a leave for the execution to take place to look like he didn’t know anything about it. It’s laughable. The fall out was never anticipated. Yet Nana Addo says he is competent. Competent in what????

In 1997 he said when you are selected to lead NPP, you already have 30% secured votes so failure to get 20% plus 1 votes is a sign of weakness, and the person should be be allowed to stand again. He said this when Kufour was trying to win NPP primaries to contest the 2000 elections after failing in 1996.

Nana Akuffo - Addo has not failed ones but twice and still going for third time. Is he someone that can be trusted. Big No. He is not trustworthy.

We have young and competent people in the party like Dr Bawuamia, Alan Kyeremateng, Isaac Osei and etc but still Nana akuffo addo want to achieved his childhood dream if becoming president at all cost.

Nana Addo is a monumental failure who blames everyone for his failures and has surrounded himself with thieves like Freddie to steal NPP money.

My brothers and sisters in the NPP, it is not too late for us to change the incompetent Nana Addo and replaced him with Bawuamia, and Alan as his running mate to win power and continue the good policies we introduced in 2000 to 2008 which Mahama has crippled them.

Nana Addo is not only incompetent but also not smart person and lack political sense. How on earth can someone who has been tagged as violent person import mercenaries to Ghana to train people on military drills? I have listened to Nana Akomea, John Boadi, Obiri Boahen, and the thief Freddie Blay and all their reason for doing that not only contradict each other but also make them look like nursery children.

We should embraced ourselves for another 4 years of Mahama because Nana is not competent to match Mahama.

2. He wasn't the author of Pres. vs Tsatsu. The Chief Prosecutor was! If there was any fault on the part of Nana Addo in the Tsatsu matter, it was his not wanting to be involved in Tsatsu's prosecution until Kufuor got angry.

3. As AG, he was central to the repeal of the criminal libel, proving his human rights credentials.

4. outside of politics, Nana was even more accomplished than Kufuor or even Tsikata, despite his 3rd Class degree relative the former's first class degrees! He founded one of the most successful chambers in Ghana. Kufuor was a flop in legal practice. Nana also inspired the entry into Ghana of the first mobile telephony and express mail services in Ghana, which would become the bedrock of the telecommunications revolution in Ghana. Kufuor went into brickmaking business. That too was a flop.

6. It's a testimony to Nana's character that he has stuck with Bawumia when the power brokers in the NPP wanted him changed. It tells you the man not only has strong convictions, he is also loyal!

Still, I have a great deal of respect for Kufuor because he was successful in other areas. Let's give everyone the respect due them despite our political differences. If Alan was all that, he would have beaten Nana Addo and I'm sure everyone would have supported him. The primaries over. Time to move on, Alan supporters!

He has achieved nothing in life, even the house he is living in was inherited from our money which his father use to build that Nimo house. What has added to what he inherited? Nothing. And has even sold ring road hotel he inherited to become president at all cost.

Nana Addo is a failure and undemocratic. He in collaboration with thieves like Freddie has circumvented NPP constitution to overthrow a duly elected Chairman and secretary.

I thank God that, I have seen the kind of person he is. FAILURE AND INCOMPETENT.

He lied. A good and a staunch Christian would not do that. Members of the Ghanaian clergy heard him say it but did not rebuke him. I believe the Lord himself heard him lie yet Nana is saying his battle is the Lord's. What a character ?
No matter what spin you put on Nana's character we know the real Nana Addo.
When the leopard falls into water, he only gets wet but it's spots does not go.
Public perception of Nana Addo is indelible, it it is a bad one for that matter, period.
