We believed the young Mahama would be daring in managing our economy than his predecessors since he already was on the job as vice president. Phew, was I wrong or what! As if being the world's largest producer of cocoa wasn't enough, our neighbour Cote D'voire has now overtaken India as the largest producer of cashew. This is so embarrassing. What has Ghana achieved? Buhari is causing serious ripples in Nigeria, no more first class travel for all government officials is his latest addition to a plethora of measures to save the country. What has Mahama done? In fact this young man has let me down big time. He can't even jail people who have inflicted financial crimes on the state; 'oh, you just return the money and make sure you are not caught again' seems to be the order of the day. OMG!

This piece is well said looking at the massive revenue at the disposal and yet the people wallowing in abject poverty there is no way this government should be given another chance to rule Ghana. It will be a disaster

Yes, you are right, something doesn't smell right and has never smelt right about Ghana and it is not Mahama or the NDC government. Rather it is this foul-smelling and obnoxious party of the Danquah/ Busia tradition that will not give us peace because they are not ruling. They created hell for Nkrumah, Rawlings and they are bent on doing it once more but they will not succeed, by the grace of God.
