  Prophecy is when you say there will be an earthquake or flood and truly happened, which is a natural making.
  But talking of terrorist, which is the bad act of human being when happened it simply means He, TB Joshua has leaks with them.
  Africans are not fools.

  Let's face it, in Ghana our Security agencies and civilians are not on the same page when it comes to understanding security as a shared responsibility & partnership; in which practically everyone, from ordinary citizens, chiefs, armed forces, police, & the elected authorities have important roles to play.
  
  Unquestionably, there is a very low civilian capacity in the area of security management, due largely to the complete absence of security
  literacy.
  
  I totally agree with Dr. Eboe Hutchful, who regards "Security as a public good, not the private property of regimes. Hence, all citizens are stakeholders in, and contribute to, security."
  
  With the increasing terroristic threats of today, we must all get involve. Hutchful writes, " Seeing ourselves collectively as a "security community" might be an appropriate way to understanding this shared responsibility"
