What better way to prop himself than to spew serial lies about being persecuted in an attempt to paint a negative image of the government. The problem is that there are large sections of Ghanaians, including groups within the NPP, that are dead scared of Nana Akufo-Addo because of their past and present dealings.

Firstly, Nana is someone who is confident enough in himself to use any human material no matter where it comes from, to revive and showcase the economy of Ghana.

Secondly, he will almost certainly expose all past corrupt deals to the shame of their perpetrators.

And lastly, he does not need Ghana's money and will therefore not grab left , right and centre like others have done in the past and are still doing.
Therein lie the fear and trepidation running through sections of Ghana today.

John Mahama wants to use every crudest means to stay in power. He has forgotten that he will die one day like all human beings. He has forgotten that he will face the judgment seat of God alone as an individual. He has forgotten that no matter how much material things he acquires in this life he will one day leave everything behind and go and meet his God for reckoning. He has forgotten that the only thing he can take along after death is the kind of person he became. So let John Mahama keep on using every contraption he has to destroy Nana Akuffo Addo and to perpetuate his ruling of Ghana until eternity. As Jesus said "wisdom is justified by her own children". Fools never think they will die one day let them possess the whole world and suffer the loss of their souls. There is nothing new under the sun as the book of Eclessiatics says.
