Personally, I believe that the Asantehene has surrounded himself with poor advisers and therefore, is becoming more & more aloof from the daily suffering & economic hardships being faced by his people. Personally, at a time when the Agogo problem is ongoing I do not want to read articles about his annual Golf Tournament, Asante Kotoko or his fleet of luxurious Cars including a Rolls Royce or Bentley Car. Not to mention the luxurious homes that he has purchased in the United Kingdom and South Africa. Personally, I am beginning to miss the days of his predecessor, who was often seen in public but rarely made comments or granted interviews.

about this Kumawu chieftaincy issues. So let me ask you, are you Otumfuor, Dr Yaw Sarlifo or a paid servant paid to always spew false for them. Unlike Rockson, Both of my parents, grandparents and great great grandparents are from Kumawu. I don't have a personal grudge against Otumfour or Dr Yaw Sarlifo but I know as much as most real citizens from Kumawu that Dr. Yaw Sarlifo is a puppet King who knows nothing about the true nature between Kumasi and Kumawu stools. If Sarlifo does he would not have called Otumfuor an Overload because his ancestors( Tweneboa Kodua ancestor) would have been regarded as true warriors who fought a lot of Asanteman wars for Kwaku Duah ancestors. We were waiting to see if he would find a way(politely) to disobey Otumfour in anyway by sitting down with his Elders and try to resolve the issues surrounding his enstoolment. But he failed miserably. Now he has been rejected by the masses. No one knew Kwasi Oduro before but now look at how they flock to him, young and old. Soon we will physically chase Yaw Sarlifo out of town, wait and see.
