Btw, Bokor lives in the US, where politicians (e.g. Obama, Sanders, etc.) pride themselves in being able to raise campaign contributions from ordinary Americans, where big contributions from the wealthy are under increasing scrutiny. The latter is part of the rreason Sanders is gaining momentum over Clinton.

Yet, in this so-called academic article, which offers slander as evidence, it's being suggested that it's wrong to encourage ordinary Ghanaians to contribute to fund political parties. Instead, Bokor seems to prefer the old brand of politics in which politicians went around distributing cash and goodies to buy votes. Ironically, this is Mahama's brand of politics, and Mahama, according to Bokor, is the most supremely qualified to lead Ghana!

Do you know it took Abdullaih Wahab of Senegal a quarter of a century before he became a president? Do you know how many times Buhari tried? There is no pattern to follow to win elections. What we know is that good governance results in re-election.
