I guess the government would say that the owners lacked the capacity to sustain their businesses and the workers lacked the skill to take advantage of booming economy.

For instance, Prince and Michael Jackson who was genious in their music industry? Most Ghanaians will say Michael. But truelly to the facts of ability, Prince was. His diversion to various beats and rythm in music was superb and ingenius beyond believes. Being marketable does not connote brilliance or ingenuity. Average Ghanaian cognitive will fuse such argument together in decisions for a wrongful outcome.
