  My name is Obinim 419 and I intend to keep giving opium to my followers. I have the support of former UN Secretary General Anang who states that bad governance is worse than drugs. You folks keep voting for these politicians who give you nothing but bad governance, while I give my beloved followers opium. You, my followers get something to control their minds, but the same can't be said about bad governance. And I even transform myself into a snake when the opium isn't working well, just to scare my followers into giving more or else get bitten.
  
  Some say I'm a quack, but they've never heard me quack like a duck. Snakes do not quack. I love to peddle snake oil, and my beloved followers love getting their snake oil. Amen
