Then in 1974 the state established Temasek Holdings to incorporate and manage these companies. Temasek has stakes in more than 60 companies including SingTel (telecom) Singapore Airlines and Singapore Power.

You read that we wrote the first quoted paragraph in 2009, when President Mills was the head of the executive. President Mill has departed from the scene, it is now 2016, and those 2 are just talking, cheaply, as the saying goes.
So, how about the “John Atta Mills Freedom of Information Bill,” for Ghana, right now!
