  Franklin Cudjoe has always seek attention, There is a laid down procedure for every infrastructure outlay starting from project planning, scoping,estimating and costing through to project execution. This whole process is laid before Parliament for scrutiny and auditing all in an attempt to seek Parliamentary approval and support before the project is commenced. For Frnaklin Cudjoe to pretend not to be aware mark double standard and mere hypocrisy.
