  This is an ECOWAS problem and must have an ECOWAS solution. The transmigration of the nomadic Fulani herdsmen throughout West Africa has been going on since the time of Otman Dan Fodio's Caliphate in 1820's.
  
  The Fulani herdsmen manace is not only Ghana's problem. All the 15 members of ECOWAS must cooperate to solve the movement of the Fulanis from place to place.
  And working together ECOWAS should be able to create a huge, lucrative livestock markets for the whole subregion
