    No register has ever been perfect anywhere in the world. All the variables responsible for the dirt in the register cancel out at the end, because they are traceable to the political parties themselves. There is no gainsaying ...

    For once I agree with this former prez K4's girl. What she has enumerated are the facts on the ground. Ghana can never have a clean voter's register . period!
