  17 years and Asanteman hasn't made any real progress. Kumasi is a pale shadow of what it once was. Glorifying mediocrity has become the norm in this country of ours and oh how the men and women who fought to liberate us must be turning in their graves. The self centered nature of our leaders today is what is stunting our development. It may have been a Glorious night for the chosen few, however for the masses, we continue to wallow in abject poverty.

  I hope next time Otumfuo and his guest choke on the food they eat at such celebrations if many children go hungry around the country at various orphanages
