  The NPP saw power slipping from their hands ............ Closest margin.....! Which election are you referring to? The 2008 elections were the closest; the difference was 23,000 pre-Tain.. In 2012 the difference was 300, 000 votes! You may wish to clarify what you mean by the closest.
